RATES & POLICIES - ONLY FOR COUGAR GUEST HOUSE
IMPORTANT: This is a HOME, not a motel. The owner resides in the home and reserves the right to accept or deny accomodations.
In-House Rates - Non-Event Weekend Rates (Network Guest Houses have their own individual rates)
$60.00 per night per room (1-2 adults per room)
$20.00 per each additional adult or child 12+ yrs
Inflatable mattress, sleeping bags, extra blankets may be available, at no extra cost (confirm availability).
Rates will vary, so confirm rates in advance. Our goal is to be 1/2 to 1/3 of the local hotel rate. We guarantee comfort, convenience, privacy and great value. We want you to have a fantastic stay at the Cougar Guest House because we want you to return to visit with us! We want to be your "Home Away From Home!"
Payment Method
You must pay in advance by sending a personal check or pay online using PayPal.

Reservations Proceedures
While we can 'pencil-in' your requested dates, rooms are only reserved upon receipt of full payment. After receiving your payment, you will receive an email verification confirming your reservations.
Cancellation Policy
There are NO REFUNDS. However, if you inform us via email that you are not able to use your reservations with sufficient time, we will do our very best to quickly replace your booking with someone else's by making the rooms available. if we are successful in replacing your booking, we will gladly refund you upon receiving someone else's payment. It is our intent to be helpful and fair to you. Please notify us as soon as possible if your reservation needs to be changed or cancelled. We will do our best to provide you with a refund. But please understand that if we are not able to secure a replacement, we will not refund your payment. Most likely, we will have lost business while we held the rooms unavailable for others. However, if for some reason we are unable to provide you with lodging,whereas we cancel your accomodations, you will receive a full refund.

Occupancy Limits / No. of Guests
Our rooms are designed for the comfort and safety of one or two people. We will not accommodate a third adult person in the rooms.
Children <12 yrs old are welcome and permitted to stay with their parents at no extra charge.
Pets
You must obtain permission from us to bring a pet. No surprises, please. We already have two cats in the home. The cats, "Max & Bicho" can easily be kept away from your space, unless you like them to be arond you, of course. Either way, let us know what your preference is, and if you are allergic to cats so we may take extra precautions.
No Smoking
For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
