IMPORTANT: This is a HOME, not a motel. The owner resides in the home and reserves the right to accept or deny accomodations.
Rates $50-100.00 per night per room (1-2 adults per room) $ 25.00 per each additional adult or child 12+
Inflatable mattress, sleeping bags, extra blankets are available, at no extra cost.
Rates vary depending on local market availability. Our goal is to be 1/2 to 1/3 of the local hotel rate. We guarantee comfort, convenience, privacy and great value. We want you to have a fantastic stay at the Cougar Guest House because we want you to return to visit with us! We want to be your "Home Away From Home!"

Reservations Proceedures While we will 'pencil-in' your requested dates, rooms are only reserved upon receiving & processing your full-payment. Upon receiving your check, we will send you an email verification confirming your reservations. Cancellation Policy There are NO REFUNDS. However, if you inform us via email that you are not able to use your reservations, we will do our very best to quickly replace your booking with someone else's by making the rooms available. if we are successful in replacing your booking, we will gladly refund you upon receiving someone else's payment. We do wish to be helpful. Please notify us as soon as possible if your reservation needs to be changed or cancelled. We do wish to be helpful and we'll do our best to provide you a refund. But understand that we may have lost business while you held the rooms unavilable for others.
Check-in time: Past 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: Before 12:00 noon Occupancy Limits / No. of Guests Our rooms are designed for the comfort of one or two people. We cannot accommodate a third adult person in the rooms. Children are welcome and accomodation arrangements may be determined by present parent(s).
Pets You must obtain permission from us to bring a pet. No surprises, please. We already have two cats in the home. The cats, "Max & Bicho" can easily be kept away from your space, unless you like them, of course. Either way, let us know what your preference is, and if you might be allergic to them so we take extra precautions.
No Smoking For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
