The Cougar Guest Houseis a 2-floor, 4-bedroom private home situated on a tree-lined street in a friendly & quiet neighborhood next to the WSU Pullman campus. Beasley Coliseum and the Recreation Center are approximately 200 yards away. The downstairs includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a common bathroom and large family room w/full-size sleeper sofa, pool table and private back entry. Our home is well insulated: warm in the winter, A/C cooled in the summer.
Our home is not available for parties; We are in a quiet family neighborhood & owner is an in-house resident.
